Gidday Courtney,

The Exemption form may be acquired from the nearest office of the Min of Education. Look at the Government department pages at the front of the phone book under "E" for Education. Ring one of those numbers and ask for an exemption application so that you may educated your child at home.

I've found over the years that the easiest way to sum up all the educational jargon contained in the info pack is to just answer the following questions and support them with examples....

Who are you Teaching?
Why are you teaching them?
What are you teaching them?
How are you teaching them?
Where are you teaching them?
Who will be supporting you?
What will you use to help?
How will you know they are making progress?

If you answer all these questions and give a few examples I think you will be fine.
