HOME AND COUNTRY SHOW
A good day and time to bring your childrens years worth of effort, fun and skills together.
Saturday 3 November 2012 at the village Valley Centre Ashurst.

There are many sections to enter and you may enter them all or one: Animals calf, lamb, horse, goats or other; Pets cat, bird, fish, dog, mice, rabbit, etc; Baking iced biscuits, non cooked slices, through to Novelty cakes; Floral; Handcraft; Construction; Art; Photography; Bike decorating and more.

There are games such as three legged races, egg and spoon, bouncy castle, sausage sizzle lunch, tea and coffee for adults and a littlies area.

The first MHE Science Fair is this year.  It is going to be such an exciting event and a great opportunity for our children to get together to see what each other have been working on, try out some science experiments and finally to have a fun filled day.

The Kids Journal Home School magazine has two competitions running until next week Wednesday, 27th June.

The first is a photo competition with 3 age categories:
5-9, 10-12 & 14-17
The winning photo for each category will receive a Harvey Norman voucher for an A3 canvas of their photo & their photo will also appear in the next issue of TKJ.

Our junior editors Nathan and Seth each made a Bible Quiz.
