Home Education Awareness week 19-24 October 2015

Home Education Awareness Week (HEAW) 19-24 October 2015

Home Educators all over the country use this as an opportunity to do something special to raise their profile locally and develop a bit of positive public relations. This helps in gaining the movement a bit more credibility, especially when applying for grants or discounts with resource suppliers, or for admission to tertiary institutions or gaining help and advice from schools and perhaps even the use of some of their resources. And of course the benefits would be examined by more people, thereby bringing more people into the home schooling movement and your local support group.

At the back of the library is a garden shed.

4_Tawa_St_sm_010Monday or Tuesday I get to put in an offer on the property in Tasmania. (DV)

We plan to change the boundries as I can’t afford to buy it all without a mortgage. So this is what we roughly plan for the boundries to look like. Mine will be the Red boundary, Charmange with the dark blue and her inlaws with the light blue. Charmange and her husband plan (DV) to build on the piece of land that we plan to buy.

Since I plan to put in an offer for the property on Tuesday I need to get serious about selling 4 Tawa Street. If you are, or you know of anyone who might be, interested in looking at 4 Tawa Street please contact me soon. barbara@hef.org.nz, 06 357-4399, 021 0278 2221.
