More books for sale

4_Tawa_St_sm_010

What a job – we are getting rid of half of our books – still taking 100 boxes of books to Tasmania

Heaps of books for sale as we get ready for the container arriving here on Monday 20th.

We are beginning to take the earlier advertised books to the Red Cross for their Huge Red Cross Book Fair in May – so I no longer have book lists 1 – 12 (actually I have some which I will be giving away at the Wanganui, Hamilton, Tauranga and Taupo Conferences)

Please click on this link if you would like to see what is for Sale: https://hef.org.nz/resources/books-secondhand/. We are now up to Book list 62 and most of the boxes are banana boxes of books. The book lists from 13-40 are now half price (50 cents with the occasional book at $2.50.)

I am travelling around New Zealand in May so I can deliver your books to a mutually agreeable place from Auckland down to Invercargill: https://hef.org.nz/2015/possible-conferences-in-april-and-may/

Excellent news from the National Library

Hi Lennie

cut…

I also have some exciting news for you.  The changes to our services has been slowed and will now take a longer time to implement into schools.  The document out at the moment, which is an ‘in process’ document says that they have decided that there will be no change to the service provided to Home Education Families.  This has come about because of all the feedback that people and organisations have sent in concerning the changes.

Thanks – bye for now.

Michelle

Thank you to all those who sent in feedback to the National Library. You were listened to.
