Last week I signed a contract for the property in Tasmania. My daughter is buying some of the land off me.

The lady in Tasmania wants the last date for settlement to be May 1. In order to get the funds across to her I need to settle here April 21. I have been talking with moving companies and they need to survey here 6 weeks before that. Which is like in a couple of weeks. So this is my timeline at this stage:
I now have a signed contract on this property. Trusting for it to go unconditional this coming Friday DV.
25 – February go room by room to see what we want to keep, sell, junk, give away. Books I have sorted that are for sale so far: https://hef.org.nz/resources/books-secondhand/. I hope to add to these lists each day and try to keep them updated regularly.
February We are expecting to get the next Report back from MoE (not sure what will be involved in these next steps yet – will publish them asap)
Once our home goes unconditional then I need to bring home from storage a large amount of stuff to again sort on what to keep, sell, give away and toss
3 – 10 March Movers want to look at what I want to take and give quotes (Anyone know of any good moving companies?)
20 April Kaity leaves Wellington Airport for Hobart
20 April Container arrives and is filled
21 April Settlement on our home 4 Tawa Street
20/21 April cleaning 4 Tawa Street
22 April – 30 April (3 of us needing a place to stay) End of year accounts (GST report, letter and receipt to givers and Charities Commission)
1 May Settlement on 23 Cordwell Road, Tasmania
1 – 23 May Available for workshops/conferences in North and South Islands. Let me know if your area would like me to visit. Would be travelling with Grace (9).
23 May last performance for Jedediah’s play at the Globe Theatre
25 or 26 leave Wellington for Hobart.
