“Committee phase of the Bill has concluded this evening. We won’t know until the Order Paper comes out if the 3rd reading is on the agenda for late tomorrow. It could also be added to the agenda under urgency after the Budget, when they usually like to push a lot of things through. Parliament will sit until midnight on Thurs and Friday, and is also sitting on Saturday, I understand.
“Those who are coming to Wellington tomorrow, consider being able to stay to listen to Question Time between 2 and 3 – this is an opportunity for our children to see parliament happening from the public gallery, and there may be questions related to this amendment – I will know more in the morning.
