Here you are my submission text (from Poland):

I as a university professor in educational sciences and the President of the Home Education Association strongly oppose to the proposed changes to the Social Security (Benefit Categories and Work Focus) Amendment Bill. The mentioned Bill creates structural discrimination against beneficiaries while it’s obvious that only a small percent of such families need an educational support for their children. The position of the state in the situation should be the subsidiary only and not against the human rights stated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and ratified by New Zealand.
